100,000 parts...100 trade partners...and that's just one house!
That's right, every home (not building) we build is worked on by almost 100 trade partners and is constructed using about 100,000 parts.
Now, add in 6-9 months of construction out in the elements and not in a factory or other controlled environment. Snow, wind, rain, flooding...these are common issues we deal with every day.
And if that weren't enough...We're building the most expensive item most of us will ever purchase!
All said, construction is an exciting challenge. Sometimes exciting... A lot of times challenging... At TCRcolorado, it's what we do...and we do it well...

"We formerly lived in downtown Denver and the last 2 1/2 years living in Mexico before retuning to Colorado. We looked at many areas but decided that Vantage Pointe best met our life style. The convenience of highway 36, Flatirons Shopping, cultural and sports activities in Denver and Boulder and easy access to DIA were important to us. The facilities at Vantage Pointe are very good and we especially enjoy the work out room, swimming pool, hot tub and near by open space with bike and hiking trails. For us its a very nice combination of rural (we love the cows and pond view from our windows) suburban and urban living. The staff here is most helpful and we have felt very good about our decision to buy here."

We moved to Rock Creek because of the great sense of community and good schools but we weren't crazy about the houses!"
